2025/26 Bus Booking Form
Please use this form to submit a bus booking request.  Bus requests require at least ONE WEEK notice to ensure a driver can be found and the form can be approved by our GHSD Transportation Department. Please ensure your times are accurate, as your driver plans their day around this!  

Same day &/or next day requests will not be filled (even if you are the driver) due to the approval process.  

Next day sporting events, i.e playoff games, should be accounted for in the initial planning and will be booked and approved as tentative.
