REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP.
Any request submitted after this time will not be processed. You can always send a friend or family member to pick up your order on your behalf.
Please note that there's a $5 processing fee for Away Requests submitted after the season begins (September 3rd).
Add the weeks you're away to your Google Calendar! Once you submit an Away Request, your groceries will not be sent to the market during those dates.
