This application form is for parents and caretakers to complete to show they are interested in their student attending the Davenport CSD Elementary Newcomer Program. This program is housed at McKinley Elementary School.

Completing this application indicates you are interested in enrolling your child at McKinley so that they may be included in the Newcomer Program. Completing this application is not a guarantee of placement within the Newcomer Program. All applications will be reviewed to see if the student meets the criteria for the program and if there is room in the program.

Criteria for the program include:

* Student is new to the United States.

* Student is an emerging bilingual (new to the English language)

* Student is entering Kindergarten through 5th grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
