Volunteer Program Form                                                     School's Out, Make It Count Conference
Do you or the staff from your organization want to volunteer for the School's Out, Make It Count Conference this October 28, 2023 at the Phoenix Convention Center (North Building). All volunteers receive a free conference registration. Volunteer shifts are filled on a first come first sign up basis. We have shifts a week prior to the conference for tote bag stuffing and then at the conference. Each volunteer needs to complete this form.

Wear professional attire, nothing deemed inappropriate or vulgar. Not take photos for commercial or financial gain purposes. Not share any proprietary information you may learn during your shift. Not harasses any of the conference attendees. Maintain a professional behavior while participating in conference or my volunteer shift. Not leave my volunteer shift early.
