About: The Conservation Alliance is excited to invite you to a transformative two-day campout at the proposed Chuckwalla National Monument. Join us from April 16-17, 2024 to explore the beauty of the California desert, learn about the recreational, cultural, and environmental values of the landscape, advocate for its much-needed protection, and connect with on-the-ground partners and fellow TCA Members. Day one will incorporate learning opportunities about the proposed monument, opportunities to get out and explore the land, and discussions with key stakeholders. Settle in for the evening with other TCA members for a happy hour, dinner, fireside chats, and a night of camping under the stars. Day two will consist of breakfast, a wrap-up conversation about next steps, and a reflection on the trip before departing. We hope to see you there!
