Lecturer/Trainer is a person that will be responsible to develop and deliver lecture/workshop on the specified/proposed topic, and check give feedback to participants' homework. Estimated number of hours for Lecturer is 40. Expected profile: expert in a specific subject area relevant to municipal management and governance.

Mentor is a person who would guide municipalities in developing digital transformation projects, conduct individual status meetings, give personalised advice. Each mentor will have 8 municipalities to guide with an estimated number of hours of 6 per month per municipality, or 48 hours per month in total. Mentor would be contracted for the entire term of the acceleration program: 5 months from March to July. Expected profile: product/project manager with an understanding of public governance and digitalisation.
