The 2025 Owasso Pride Festival will be on Sunday, May 4rd, 5-9 pm at Redbud Festival Park in Downtown Owasso!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Owasso Pride Festival 2025. Vendors have always been a big part of Pride and we are committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ owned and supporting vendors. Complete the information below and you will be contacted by April 20, 2025. Vendor spaces will be under the covered pavilion unless otherwise specified or requested. Please note:
Vendor spaces are $50 each, with a required product donation valuing at least $25 for our silent auction.
Each space is 10’ x 10’. Owasso Pride Festival will mark, number, and assign vendor spaces.
Vendor will set up within marked space. Vendor will provide their own tent, table, chairs, etc. Tents must be weighed down to prevent it from flying away in Oklahoma wind.
Non-profit vendor spots are available to any group recognized by the state of Oklahoma and/or the federal government as not for profit, etc (must provide documentation) at a 50% discount.
No Vendor may sell any type of beer, wine, or liquor.

If your vendor set up doesn’t fit into our traditional vendor spot, contact us for pricing and availability.
Owasso Pride Festival is open from 5-9 pm, all Vendors are expected to be set up and ready to operate by 4:30 and may not begin to leave until 8 pm, but you are welcome stay until the lights go out.
All vendors are responsible to maintain their own sales records and pay the sales tax and income tax to the appropriate government agency for sales at their vendor booth.
