Handling Negativity 2026
Handling Negativity focuses on mastering the inner landscape where stress, distraction, and emotional turbulence arise.

Through reflective discussion and practical insights, the sessions explore how negativity forms, how mental noise is sustained, and how clarity can be cultivated from within. The course emphasises inner regulation over external control, helping participants develop steadiness, awareness, and a more resilient relationship with their thoughts and emotions.
