FRC 7902: Markham FireBirds Spring/Summer 2026 Recruitment
Team 7902: Markham FireBirds is a competitive robotics team based out of Markham, Ontario. We participate in an annual robotics competition called FIRST Robotics Competition.

Applications are open to students in grade 8-11 (in September 2026) from Markham and surrounding municipalities (e.g. Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Vaughan). NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED from grade 8-10 students. Some experience expected from grade 11 students. Grade 12s only will be accepted if they meet specific criteria.

Interviews are in rounds. A detailed schedule is provided on the document above. 

The all-hands-on-deck build season taking place from early January to March. Competitions take place from March to April. We will also be running a practice, offseason build season in July and August for offseason competitions in September and October.
