ATTENDANCE FORM TO REPORT STUDENT ABSENCE, TARDY AND EARLY DISMISSAL  
  • Please read and complete Attendance Form in its entirety. One form per student. 
  • ID is required for all student dismissals prior to official end of school day.
  • For early dismissal, provide at least one hour notice to the office before student pick-up
  • We do not do early dismissals after 2:30 pm on full school days and 1:50 on minimum days.
  • Picking up during nutrition break and lunch is highly discouraged because students are NOT assigned a location during this time. Please pick up your student prior to or after the following times, not during.  
  •      Regular school days: Nutrition Break 11:00-11:15 and Lunch 12:45-1:15
  •      Modified Days (Fridays): Nutrition Break 10:40-10:55 and Lunch 12:15-12:45
  • If you must pick up your child during Nutrition Break or Lunch, please direct your child to meet you in the office.
Your child’s attendance is key to a successful school year. It is important for students to keep up with their attendance and be at school every day! We understand that emergencies do come up which would impact them coming to school.  If students continually miss days throughout the school year, we will work with our students to help keep them on track with attendance and provide support when they need to catch up after being absent

*Fever Protocol: Students with fevers 100 or over may not come to school until they have have been fever free for a period of 24 hours during which NO medication can be given to reduce the fever.
