The program being used this year is Faith and Life with the Baltimore Catechism for foundational knowledge (grades 1-8), Image of God (grades Pre-K and Kindergarten), and YouCAT and a Confirmation journal (Confirmation 9-10).

Your child/children will be issued books which are church property and activity books which will belong to your child. These books are to be taken to and from church in the provided protective pouches. All textbooks are to be returned to the church at the end of the year.

There is a suggested donation of $25 per student. However, no student will be turned away for financial reasons. Payment can be made after all masses the weekend of August 4, 2024 or brought to the Parish Office located at St John Paul II Center.

I understand that the primary responsibility for religious education lies with the parent/guardian and that the parish supports your efforts through classes and materials.

I understand that it is my responsibility to see that my child/children has/have completed the work assigned by the teacher. If we miss a class, we will complete all of the workbook pages for the week we miss. (For example: Your child has been assigned work for lesson 5 to be turned in at the next class, but misses that class, now your child must also do and turn in all of the pages for lesson 6.)

I will take my child/children to Mass with me every Sunday and every Holy Day of Obligation.
