The Resilient Business Advising Program
The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Resilient Business Advising Program is an initiative funded primarily by the Wells Fargo Foundation as part of the Together for LA Collaborative to provide resources and technical assistance to Low-to-Moderate income BIPOC businesses that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Resilient Business Advising Program (RBAP) provides one-on-one mentorship and training to BIPOC businesses on the following areas of assistance:
● Accessing local, state and federal resources for growth
● Digital marketing and marketing plans
● Understanding and implementing health and safety protocols
● Accessing local, state, and federal contracts
