💼 Job Role:  Media Production Executive (Offline – Aligarh)

We are hiring a  Media Production Executive    who can help with:

📞 🎯 Role Includes: 

 ✅  Shooting & Editing Posting Reels, Testimonials, and Short-Videos 

 ✅ Shooting & Editing Uploading Curse Content 

 ✅ Supporting the RRQA team in nurturing leads

              General help and smooth experience

🎯 Must-Have Skills

  1. Basic Video Shooting Skills

    • Knows how to operate a phone or DSLR camera (basic framing, angles, lighting)

    • Can shoot both formal classroom sessions and informal behind-the-scenes content

  2. Basic Video Editing Skills

    • Experience with mobile apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, or desktop tools like Filmora, Premiere Pro (basic)

    • Can trim clips, add subtitles, transitions, background music

  3. Understanding of Social Media Content

    • Knows what kind of reels or shorts work for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

    • Creative eye for what content feels “engaging”

  4. Content Sense / Team Support

    • Understands how to organize clips for RRQA classes, testimonials, and social media

    • Can take feedback and iterate

    • Comfortable updating data in folders/Google Drive

✅ Preferred Soft Skills

  • Punctual and Reliable (respecting class shoot timing: 9 AM – 1 PM)

  • Teachable Attitude – willing to learn new editing tools and feedback loops

  • Attention to Detail – especially in trimming, audio clarity, or layout

  • Professional Behavior – can maintain discipline during live classes while shooting

  • Comfortable Communicating – with teacher and creative team

💡 Bonus (Optional but Useful)

  • Basic graphic design (Canva)

  • Knows how to compress and share files

  • Photography interest or visual storytelling instincts

  • Basic understanding of Islamic education (to grasp relevance of content)
