WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT**Please read this document carefully before signing. This document is your waiver of certain legal rights and releases Lead with Nature, LLC from liability.** BY CHECKING THE BOX BELOW, I'M CERTIFYING THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY SUBMIT TO THIS WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT In consideration of my participation in guiding and any other activities with Lead with Nature, LLC, I agree to the following Waiver and Release: I acknowledge that the activities included in guiding and other outdoor or indoor educational activities have natural and inherent risks, hazards and dangers for anyone that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness or otherwise remote environment. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: -The risk of injury from physical activity associated with being guided in remote areas; The risk of injury or illness caused by encounters with wildlife of all types, including insects; the risk of injury caused by or proximately caused by inclement weather conditions; the risk of injury resulting from following the instruction, advice or information shared with my by the staff of Lead with Nature, LLC - whether while under their guidance or on my own at a later time. I understand the risks, hazards, and dangers as described above and understand the other risks inherent in guiding and other educational activities. I have discussed any hazards and other dangers I’m particularly concerned about with the Lead with Nature, LLC staff and I have fully read and understand the risks associated with activities run by the aforesaid and agree to abide by them. I understand that these activities require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these activities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities to my Minors and others to conduct myself in a safe manner. My participation in these activities is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me or my companions and/or friends to participate and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I AM VOLUNTARILY USING THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES OF THE LEAD WITH NATURE, LLC WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH. Finally, I, for myself my heirs successors, executors, and subrogees, hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Lead with Nature, LLC its directors, organizers, managers, members, officers, agents, employees, volunteers and landowners from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits in law or equity, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that may be brought by me or my guests which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation or my guests participation in these activities described herein, including, but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature, weather foreseen or unforeseen arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of me or my Minors engaging in these activities or the use of these services, animals or equipment, weather such damage, loss injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of Lead with Nature, LLC or from some other cause. I, for myself, my heirs, my successors, executors, and subrogees, further agree not to sue Lead with Nature, LLC its directors, organizers, managers, members, officers, agents, employees, volunteers and landowners as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation in the activities of Lead with Nature, LLC. *
