The following applies to all computer repairs:
PC Retro Shop is not responsible for any loss of data. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly backup all-important personal or company data before merchandise is to be signed off for repair. Repair work will be performed under the customer’s understanding that all software previously loaded on the system could be lost and may need to be reloaded by customer.

The following applies to all repairs in general:
All customers will be notified if any additional parts or service is required to complete service or if the cost of such is to exceed our estimate fee. We do not refund on labor or installation services. PC Retro Shop is not responsible for equipment not picked up within 10 days of completion of work; a $5 a day storage fee will be applied thereafter.

Please be advised that most repair work is performed within 7 to 10 business days. Part availability, nature of labor required, repair work volume at warehouse and others will reflect on your work completion date.
