Mobile Service & Rental Disclaimer – Electric Bikes & Scooters

By utilizing Rides N Motion’s Mobile Services or renting an electric bike or scooter, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Responsibility:

The customer understands that electric bikes and scooters involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, falls, and collisions.

Rides N Motion is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rented or serviced equipment.

The customer assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the proper operation of the rideable.

2. Rental Terms & Conditions Rental Period: 

Mobile rentals are available in 24-hour blocks only, starting at $125 per bike, with multi-day discounts.

The renter is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery to pickup.

Any damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment is the full responsibility of the renter, who agrees to pay for repairs or replacement.

A rental waiver must be signed on or before the time of drop-off.

Minimum Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by an adult, unless they are 18 or older.

3. Compliance with Laws & Safety Regulations

The customer agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal e-bike and scooter laws while operating a rented or serviced vehicle.

Helmets are strongly recommended and may be required by law. 

Rides N Motion is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to wear safety gear. No reckless riding, off-road use, or illegal modifications are allowed.
