2026–2027 Student Parking Information
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a parking permit.
  • Parking is limited to 152 spaces at Riverside Brookfield.
  • Seniors, especially those involved in extracurricular activities, receive priority.
  • Not all applications will be approved due to limited availability.
  • Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
  • Only one application per family if multiple siblings attend RB.  
Application Timeline
  • Deadline to apply: June 30, 2026
  • Notification of approval: July 6 (via email)
Selection Criteria

Parking permits are awarded based on:

  1. Class status (Seniors prioritized)
  2. Extracurricular involvement
  3. Distance from school
  4. Carpool participation
  5. Discipline record
Next Steps if Approved
  • A parking expectations agreement must be signed by both student and parent.
  • Fee: $150 (paid at the Business Office or during Residency events)
  • Permit pickup dates: July 8, 15, 22, 29 (During in person Residency events) 
    • Residency documents must be approved prior to pickup
Important Notes
  • By applying, families acknowledge all RB handbook parking rules and consequences.
  • Revoked permits are non-refundable.
