Ferny Crofts Fright Night Booking Form
Please complete the following form in order to make a provisional booking for the Ferny Crofts Fright night event taking place on site on the 20th October between 12:30pm - 8:30pm. This booking will be held for 28 days and will be confirmed once full payment has been made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ferny Crofts have implemented a few terms and conditions for the event in addition to our standard terms:

This particular event is open to all Scout and Guide groups but will be aimed at participants between the ages of 7-12 years old.  

Full payment is required within 28 days of a provisional booking being placed, or by 20th September (whichever is earlier) and places are non-refundable. 

Groups can book camping for the Saturday night only, at an additional cost of £2.25 (Scouts) and £2.70 (Guides) per person (inc leaders)

Leaders can attend the event for free but cannot partake in any of the activities.

All groups attending site must have a pastoral carer with them throughout the event. 

Bookings can only be made by group leaders rather than individual bookings per participant. 

Group leaders are responsible for arranging meeting/pick up points with members from their group once they have arrived to site.

All other Ferny Crofts Terms and Conditions, and Centre Rules still apply

EVENT DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of some of the activities we advise that it may not be a suitable event for participants that become easily distressed when they are scared. The Woodland trail will take place when it is dark and will feature various scary scenes with jumps and scares as well as flashing lights and loud noises. 

We can not guarantee that participants will be able to go on every single activity/ride that will be available. We shall manage queues as much as we are able to.

Please see below the optional extras that you can add to your event booking. All groups can add overnight camping on Saturday 20th for after the event has finished. Camping is not available on the Friday night (19th October).
Guides camping is charged at £2.70 per person per night.

Food and Beverages
The Chandler’s Ford International Scouts will be selling food and drink during the event. This will include Hot Dogs (vegetarian options available) that can be ordered prior the event to ensure availability. They will also be selling a variety of  savoury snacks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate that can be bought on the day.

Fright Night Limited Edition Badges
Each young participant will be given a Ferny Crofts Fright Night badge. Leaders can order badges prior the event to ensure that they can be collected on the day of the event.
