Dear Parent/Guardian,
Thank you for your interest in our ASES Expanded Learning (After School) Program. This year, the Covina-Valley Unified School District is offering the (ASES) After School Education and Safety program to all Ben Lomond, Manzanita, and Merwin Elementary School students, 1st - 5th grades only. The ASES Program includes daily academic support, enrichment experiences, and a daily meal. Below is additional information about the program and how to register for the 2021- 22 school year:
GENERAL INFORMATION:
*We are a Grant-Funded Expanded Learning program.
*We are not childcare or a 1-1 Tutoring Service.
*There are no costs to participate in the ASES Program.
*Students are required to attend the program daily from 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm. Tiny Tuesday times will be from
12:15 pm to 4 p.m.
*All students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. at the latest.
2021-2022 REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
*Registration will be accepted in the order received, until at capacity at each site (up to 90 students per site).
*Our ASES Program does not operate during the Summer months, we follow the pupil calendar.
STEPS TO REGISTER:
1) Please provide basic contact info and submit this form.
2) A registration application will then be emailed to you. (Must complete a registration form for each of your students who will be attending and return them to the ASES representative).
3) You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days from the ASES Program representative once those forms have been completed.
4) Once the form is received and reviewed, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you to confirm enrollment into
the program.
