REGISTRATION:

To register and RSVP for the 2025 Carnival CLE and accompanying events, please complete the attached form. Registration includes: (1) CLE Credits, (2) Lunch on Friday, (3) Ticket to Judge Cain Kennedy Scholarship Brunch and (4) Ticket to Balcony Parade Viewing on Saturday. The registration and payment deadline is Friday, December 13, 2024.

PAYMENT:

Payment via Check or Money Order may be mailed to the Vernon Crawford Bay Area Bar Association, P.O. Box 545, Mobile, Alabama 36601. Payment may also be made in-person at upcoming VZC events. This online registration form must be completed in addition to payment. This form will close Friday, December 13th. For questions, please contact vernoncrawford1980@gmail.com.

HOTEL:

The CLE conference will be held at The Admiral Hotel located in downtown Mobile at 251 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602. There will be a room block available for the CLE until January 30th, 2025. After the cutoff date, rooms may still be booked using the group booking link, subject to availability. Reservations can be made online using the following direct booking link (no login or attendee code required): Group Direct Booking Link. If you prefer to book by phone, you may call (251) 432-8000 and advise that you are reserving a room under the Vernon Crawford Bar Association group. Please note: Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All refund requests must be made in writing to vernoncrawford1980@gmail.com no later than Friday, January 10, 2025. There will be no refunds for requests made after this date. By completing this form, you agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
