Hackathon Privacy & Confidentiality Terms
In order for us to be able to evaluate your application, we need you to provide us with certain information. - The submitted applications, together will all the information contained therein, will be shared with the Hackathon Jury for them to review the applications and make the final selection of successful participants. - We will use the contact details you provide to manage your participation; this include: Communicate with you; Confirm your participation at the Hackathon; Confirm your presence at the venue at which the Hackathon will take place; Provide assistance with your participation; List you as one of the successful participants on the Hackathon's webpages and social media; Make the necessary attributions on GitHub, where the developed source code will be publicly licensed after the event. - Moreover, we will share your contact details with the third parties providing the services described above: FBK and University of Roma 3, University of Milan and Politecnico of Torino. Also, we will keep your name and/or other information for a longer period than the duration of the Hackathon, but no longer than 6 months. - The purpose of this is to maintain an administrative record of the Hackathon participants and to make it possible for us to communicate with you regarding the award. - If you, after application, will not participate in the Hackathon, we will delete your application one month after the Hackathon takes place to be able to complete all the administrative activities connected to the event. - For further details on how we process the personal information you provide, and instructions on how to access and your information, please refer to the athilab privacy statement.
