PROM 2026 Dance Guest Form
A student requesting to bring a date who is not a Weber High School student must have this form submitted 24 HOURS PRIOR to the dance. The guest must be a current high school student and have their student ID or current driver's license at the dance entrance, or they will not be admitted.
PLEASE have your tickets and student IDs ready before walking into the dance.

PROM is Saturday April 11, 8-10:30pm at Weber High School.

Note: the two venues that can accommodate our number of students were already booked for April and May, so PROM is at Weber High! Thank you for understanding!
