Do you have alternative dates and times in mind?
Do you need fixed seating, moveable seating, banquet style (tables and chairs) or theater style (just chairs facing forward)? (NOTE: This will help us determine what spaces would meet your needs. We do not set up the space for people using the space.)
Do you need any of the following (please note: some may not be available, some may be available for a fee; chairs and tables will be available but people holding the event are in charge of set up and tear down)
sound (probably not available but possible)
LCD projector (probably not available but possible)
catering kitchen (only one space in the building has access to a catering kitchen, where food can be staged and prepped but not cooked)
Please note any accessibility questions you have so we can respond to those when we contact you. (Note: for major events, we encourage the rental of ADA-compliant portable toilets. We can make sure cleaners use scent-free cleaning solutions with advance notice but also acknowledge that hundreds of building users each week make it difficult to make a space 100% chemical- or scent-free.)
