Preschool Application - 2025-2026 School Year
The Plumsted Township School District was awarded Preschool Education Aid (PEA) which allows us to provide increased access to high quality preschool to three- and four-year-old children within our community. The approval of this funding put into motion a five-year plan to serve all preschool-aged children residing in Plumsted Township.  The 2025-2026 school year will be year four of this plan. Please note, your child's acceptance will be weighted based on numerous factors.

In addition to completing this Application, parents are strongly encouraged to view the Preschool Expansion FAQ for more information. Both of these documents can be found on the district website. Please do not complete any other registration paperwork until you have been notified that you were selected in the lottery.

If your child is offered placement, you will be required to complete an online registration, which can be accessed from any computer/device with internet access. After providing your child’s information you will be asked to select an appointment time for the in-person verification session which will take place with Mrs. Lynn Kukoda. During the in-person verification session, you will need to present the following required documents:

• Student’s original birth certificate with raised seal 
• Registering parent's driver's license or government ID
• 2 proofs of residency (tax bill, utility bill, mortgage bill,  deed or rental agreement)
• Student’s current physical exam and immunization record. 



I recognize that the completion of this application does not guarantee enrollment. Please note that all preschool programs will operate on a six hour day, five days per week. Start and end times will be determined based on available transportation. There is not an option for half-day.
