It is time to vote for the best graphic novels for teens published between March 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023.  We have a slightly longer nomination period this year as we find that books published in the last couple months of the time period are often underrepresented as most of us haven't read them yet!  We have some limitations based on the list guidelines so I will arrange the nominees according to what categories we need.  The goal is to identify a varied list that includes middle grade and high school books, books of various genres, and books that represent diverse perspectives.

If you do not see a book you nominated, it might not have met our guidelines.

Please vote for any book you feel is worthy of recognition. There is a field at the end of each section for you to note particularly strong support and an opportunity to make a case of you feel that a book should NOT be included for some reason.

In the event that two books by the same author are among the top vote-getters, both books can be included.

Some books show up in more than one category.  It's ok to vote for them again, and probably advisable.  I'll only count the votes from one category.

Voting will continue for the next few weeks.  Obvious favorites will be included in the list, while books on the bubble may have another round of voting.
