This form is intended to understand whether women end up taking conventional roles at the workplace. This is for my ongoing article piece trying to illustrate how women are expected to take small housekeeping responsibilities like party planning, birthday celebrations at the workplace but are not tangibly appreciated for their efforts. I am trying to understand the implications of this. Please share your honest feedback along with any qualitative feedback you have for the study.
