Cooking with love: The Hanlin USA National Young Chef Cooking Competition  翰林全美小美食家大赛--寸草春晖  报名表

Are you ready to showcase your culinary skills and spread love this Mother's Day? We're excited to announce the Hanlin USA National Young Chef Cooking Competition - Cooking with Love, hosted by Hanlin Education Foundation of America, organized by Hanlin Institute, sponsored by several well-known manufacturers and judged by international-level chefs, is about to start!  . 

This competition is your chance to shine in the kitchen and impress the judges with your creativity and passion for cooking. You need to prepare a dish that you believe represents the love and appreciation you have for your mom or mother figure in your life. Be sure to showcase your unique style and use ingredients that hold a special meaning to you and your family. Whether you're an aspiring chef or just love to cook, we welcome all young chefs aged 18 and under to participate.

The Grand Prix is ​​divided into: 
1. Children's group (10 years old and below) 
2. Junior Group (11~13) 
3. Youth group (14~18) 
*Each group has 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. 

*Entry requirements:  The judges will be looking for dishes that not only taste delicious but also demonstrate your love for cooking and appreciation for your mom. In addition,  please pay attention to the nutrition and plating art of the work.

*Competition method: A clear photo and a video (1 minute) must be provided. The photo must be taken of self-made food entries. The video requires a self-introduction of the dish in the first paragraph, the name and composition of the ingredients in the second paragraph, and an introduction to the dish-making process in the third paragraph.

由翰林文教基金会主办，翰林教研中心承办的全美青少年线上美食大赛---第四届翰林全美小美食家"寸草春晖"母亲节大赛即将开始！

此次比赛是以母亲节的“寸草春晖”为主题。让孩子们展现自己为妈妈做的一顿爱心餐，希望青少年选手们能够不忘感恩父母的生养之恩，同时也创造出自己独特风格的融合各种烹饪技巧的菜，懂传承，更懂得用积极创新。

本次比赛由资深名厨做评委，众多知名厂商赞助，多家媒体宣传，每一个参赛者都有机会得到奖品。

大奖赛分为：
1、 儿童组(10岁及以下)
2、 少年组(11~13)
3、 青少年组(14~18)。
每组设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。

参赛要求：
1、选手制作一道为表达母爱所亲手制作的美食。
2、比赛方式：必须提供一张清晰照片，一段1分钟之内的录像。
照片要求必须是自己做的参赛美食作品。视频要求第一段有制作人形象的自我介绍，第二段菜品名称与食材构成，第三段制作过程简介。
