AGREEMENT:
The model agrees to receive hair services, which may include, but are not limited to, haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments. The model grants Salon Fifty Four permission to capture photographs and videos during these services, with the understanding that these images may be used for marketing purposes, social media, and the salon's website.

The model commits to arriving on time for their appointment and agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice should they need to cancel. Failure to do so, as well as any no-shows, will result in the model no longer being considered for future services.

The model acknowledges that participation is at their own risk and agrees to release Salon Fifty Four from any liability related to the hair services provided.
