BLOOM Community Event RSVP Form
Thank you for your interest in attending the BLOOM 2026 Community Event! BLOOM is a Summer Youth Program that is in partnership with AHRI and Viet Rainbow of Orange County (VROC). These host organizations are locally based non-profits that focus on collective organizing through community engagement and provide resources for community members across the county. This year our BLOOM Intern Cohort are working on a mission to support and educate community members about participatory budgeting, a democratic process in which community members decide how the county's public budget is allocated.

Join us for an evening of community, interactive activities, resource fair, food, photo booth, conversation and more!
