AWARDS: Awards will be given to best male and female lifters overall and lifters that place 1st - 3rd within their divisions based on wilks score.
WEIGHT CLASSES: The standard USAPL weight classes will be used. Women: 47, 52, 57, 63, 72, 84, 84+ (kgs) Men: 59, 66, 74, 83, 93, 105, 120, 120+ (kgs)
RECORDS: State records can be set at this meet. American records cannot be set at this meet.
START TIMES: Saturday: Weigh-ins and equipment checks from 7:00-8:30am. Lifting begins at 9:00am. Actual times will be posted closer to the meet.
RULES: USAPL rules will be followed and can be obtained from your meet director, state chair, or the USAPL national office. A USAPL membership is required and must be purchased before the meet. Drug testing will be conducted, be sure to take responsibility for what goes into your body. There are many supplements/drugs that are legal to buy, but are not legal to take if you compete in USAPL competitions. Approved equipment can be found in the USAPL rulebook.
