Need to cancel or change your current level of membership? No problem! Please note a few reminders about restrictions on membership changes:
1. M+M requires 1 day's notice prior to your billing date in order to prevent fees from being auto-billed as scheduled. Requests that do not provide appropriate notice will be applied to the following billing cycle.
2. Pauses cannot be placed on a membership for fewer than 30 days. If you need to pause your membership, it will automatically be paused for a full billing cycle. TrainHeroic and coaching services will be unavailable during your membership pause. Pauses can be extended for up to 3 billing cycles or 90 days without losing your pre-existing membership rate.
3. This is a request form that notifies management of your membership support needs. You will receive a confirmation or follow-up email when your requested membership changes have been processed.
