1. As a valued member of Team Rx, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. We understand things come up, and we’d like to do what we can to help!
2. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than fifteen (15) days before your scheduled hold start date. Late requests received may not complete processing until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.
3. Upon expiration of the hold period submitted below, the suspension will automatically lift and regular membership payments will resume. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, but choose to re-activate your membership after cancellation, membership rates in effect at the time of re-activation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

Adding a hold to a membership will change its billing date, after the hold period is over.
If the hold start date is the same as your billing date, you may be charged and your next invoice due date will be pushed back to account for the time missed.

I will be held responsible for payment of days I may not be in the gym if this request is submitted less than 15 days before my requested membership hold start date.
If I cancel my membership during the hold period, the 30-days written termination notice required by my Membership Agreement is still applicable.
My membership and non-refundable payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period that I submitted above.
