1. I have not attended a defensive driving class within the past 12 months.

If you have attended defensive driving previously, you may check your eligibility date through the Supreme Court.

2. My violation is on the list of eligible violations.

3. My citation was not a result of a collision involving a serious injury or fatality.

4. In the case of photo radar citations, I am the person in the photo and the citation is in my name.

5. The class will be completed at least 7 days before the court date listed on my citation.

Eligibility Requirements for Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Holders
1. My citation was issued on or after 9/1/2019
2. I meet the defensive driving eligibility requirement for non-commercial driver license holders (listed above).
3. At the time of my violation the vehicle I was driving required a Class D or a Class M license.
4. The vehicle was not being used for commercial purposes.
