守護生命 路權平等 修改法規 連署書
汽車占用機慢車道或是併排停車，是對機慢車駕駛人威脅生命的危險行為。可是現行五十年前訂定的法規卻允許臨停占用、輕罰併排臨停、無法取締停車占用。台灣法規居然存在，一些人的生存安全可以讓另外一些人任意侵害。
