Student Device Issues
The media center staff will work through issues logged on this form in the order in which they are received. We will either go to the student in class or call the student to the media center to troubleshoot the device issue. 

If the Chromebook requires service from WCPSS technology dept. and we need to keep the Chromebook to be repaired, students will be able to check out a "loaner" Chromebook from the media center daily, until the issue is resolved and their Chromebook is returned. 

BROKEN DEVICES - Students are alloted one replacement per school year. If the student breaks a second device they will not receive a replacement.
