2023-2024 Student Device Issues
Please log any issues with WCPSS student Chromebooks on this form. The media center staff will work through issues logged on this form in the order in which they are received. We will either go to the student in class or call the student to the media center to troubleshoot the device issue. 

If the Chromebook requires service from WCPSS technology dept. and we need to keep the Chromebook to be repaired, students will be able to use a classroom laptop, or a personal laptop, until the issue is resolved.

NEW POLICY - Beginning January 31, 2023, a $30 fee will be assessed in PowerSchool for any student who requires a replacement Chromebook charger.  Due to the high number of lost chargers, we are implementing this policy to help students be more accountable for their equipment. When the replacement charger is returned, along with the Chromebook, prior to the student leaving WCPSS (i.e., graduation or move), the fee will be erased from their account. If the charger is not returned with the Chromebook, the $30 fee will be due from the student.
