RSVP to "Vapor": (Drew Fralick's DMin Project on Laughter and Theology)

Theologians, philosophers, and psychologists have debated humor and laughter for thousands of years. There are many psychological theories of humor as well as theologies of laughter. This project explores the APPLICATION of humor theories and laughter theologies. Put another way: “We may have strong opinions about what’s funny, but what will we laugh at in a real life situation?” To explore this topic I’ve written a piece of comedic/theological performance art and I’d love for you all to come out and experience it!

It will be about a 2 hour event. Here’s what to expect:

- Arrive and take a questionnaire related to humor styles and religious beliefs

- Watch the performance piece I've written (it's about 45mins-1hr)

- Take a post show questionnaire related to humor and religion

- Q & A to finish along with refreshments
