If you are planning to pick your child up on a regular basis, or if you are going to be contacting us periodically to pick them up, please fill out the survey below. Please respond by September 1st.

Please indicate if you will always pick up your child(ren) or if they will sometimes take the bus. *Remember, if you are changing your pickup plans on any day, please notify the attendance office as soon as possible, but no later than 10 am each day. Thank you for your support with this.
