FWISD PASS CHECK-IN
PLEASE READ ALL AND COMPLETE.

Please complete the following form to check out a VIP/Press badge at a Fort Worth ISD central site stadium or gym. If you would like access at a campus based event, please communicate directly with that campus.

The safety of our students at every event is our most important job. The check-in must be completed all the way through to receive a pass. Badges and check-in process is completed at the HOME gate. If badges aren't available, this will provide access to the game.

Completion of this form does not guarantee access. Each stadium/gym has limited access related to seating, field size and press box size.

Access is always conditional. FWISD reserves the right to retract/or/deny access to any individual at any times per requests from Coaches, Site Administrators, Officials, and Game Managers.

All photographers, reporters, scouts must remain OUTSIDE the dashed area of the court and the sideline. There is to be no direct interaction with student-athletes.

All press checking in must complete the form to receive a pass. At the completion of the game - you must return your pass or you will no longer be allowed press access at FWISD events.
