Registration Details:

All summer registrations must be completed online. Once your registration is received, an invoice will be sent to the email above.

Important: Dancers will not be allowed to participate in class unless tuition is paid by the appropriate deadline. 

Registration Fee: $10

Tuition Rate:  $180/week

Flexible Scheduling:
If your dancer is only available for part of the week, we’re happy to work with your schedule. This can be discussed.  

Class Levels & Placement:
We will have multiple rooms running simultaneously throughout each day, with staff and dancers rotating based on dance style and level. 
Summer Dress Code

Ages 10+

Attire: Tight-fitting dancewear is required for all classes.

Hair: Must be in a bun or neatly secured off the face and neck.

Jewelry: No jewelry of any kind is allowed.

Shoes:

Jazz shoes or turners

Ballet shoes/ pointe if applies to you

Clean tennis shoes (for hip hop days)


Ages 5–9

Attire: Tight-fitting athletic or dance clothing.

Hair: Must be pulled out of the face and off the neck.

Jewelry: No jewelry is allowed.

Shoes:

Ballet shoes

Tap shoes

Jazz shoes

Clean hip hop shoes (for hip hop days)

Waiver and Release Information:  I attest that the above stated physical, mental, and emotional limitations and health information of the student are accurate. I understand that dance and tumbling, sometimes involves extraordinary use of motion. When practicing the art of dance, there are some possibilities for but not limited to the injury of muscle or bones. In consideration for using/ allowing my child/ self, to utilize the facility and staff of Revolution Elite Dance; I hereby forever release the owners, staff, directors, coaches, and all other employees from liability for any injuries suffered by myself or any student in connection with the uses of this facility at 5614 126th  Street. I acknowledge that participation is entirely by choice and I am under no compulsion by Revolution Elite Dance to participate in the programs, nor am I being paid to do so. The interest of myself and my child is solely to participate in the art and his/her self-improvement, and I am willing to accept the inherent risk in this pursuit.
