Families Helping Families: A Garden Volunteer Event at Raphael House
Join us with your family on Saturday, April 13th from 10 am - 12 pm at Raphael House to help plant, paint, and spruce up the rooftop garden! The rooftop garden provides a calming and inspirational space for families experiencing homelessness and provides opportunities for check-ins, activities, and community building for kids in our Children's Evening Program. Volunteers play a huge part in helping our rooftop garden thrive year-round!

Raphael House staff will be available to provide tours and information on the work we are doing to end family homelessness. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. This is a family friendly event, all ages are welcome!

**If you would like to bring something to plant in the garden, we can always use donations of the following!**
--2" succulents (safe for children - no spines)
--herbs (lavender, rosemary, chives, oregano, etc)
--spring flowers ( including native plants like California Poppy)
--bags of compost

Date & Time: Saturday, April 13th from 10 am - 12 pm (drop-in anytime!)
