Terms and Conditions for Issuance of Certificate for Presentation

For Presenting authors
  • Please submit a separate application for each abstract. 
  • The certificate is available only to presenters who attended the congress in person and had their name badge issued during the congress.
  • The certificate contains the following information and cannot be customized.
           - Original presenter name
           - Abstract number
           - Abstract title
           * Certificates can not be issued in the name of the co-author.
           * If you need other information, please use a copy of the program book.

For Chairs
  • Please submit a separate application for each session. 
  • The certificate is available only to chairs who attended the congress in person and had their name badge issued during the congress.
  • The certificate contains the following information and cannot be customized.    
       - Name
       - Session number
       - Session title

Information for all
  • Certificate for Attendance is on your name badge. Download available from Confit.
  • We cannot accept any applications after the deadline.
  • Request your certificate by submitting the form below. 
  • Certificates will be sent by email only.
  • Processing may take about 1–2 weeks after the form has been submitted.
       *  Please do NOT apply multiple times to avoid confusion and delays.
