How the process works.
During your initial consultation, your fitter will discuss your needs and guide you through a step-by-step process on how to correctly measure yourself. There are so many variables in measuring - this may seem simple but if done incorrectly it can negatively affect the outcome. If you feel you may need some extra help, ask someone who you are comfortable to assist you.

If you decide that you would like to try on any of the suggested items, your fitter will send you an invoice for the bras. Once payment has been received we will courier the bra/s to you. Once you receive your bra, kindly contact your fitter to arrange a follow-up virtual fitting. This session will be to ascertain if the bras fit you correctly, if you are putting them on correctly and that you have made the proper adjustments to the bra straps and hooks.

Should the bra is not suitable we will gladly collect the bra and send through an alternative, more suitable size or style.

While we understand that this may be a long process it has been designed to keep you safe and allow us to give you the one-on-one consultation you deserve.
