DUSD Call to Action
On Monday, June 29 at 1pm, we will be coming together in front of the district office to present our demands for change in the Downey Unified School District to address the harm that has been caused, enabled, and ignored by the district.

We will be in solidarity with survivors, those who have shared their stories and those who are not yet able to do so. We thank them because this call to action would not have been possible without their strength and courage to inspire us. This would not have been possible without them or Black organizers across the state who have paved the way for
 us.

Our efforts are rooted in love, care, and respect for our community, which means we want to make sure that everyone's voices are heard.
