Human Library Book Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Book at the Howard County Library System Human Library event!

The Human Library is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that can challenge stereotypes and prejudices through dialogue. Just like in the regular library, a visitor to the Human Library can choose a Book from a range of titles. Except in the Human LIbrary, Books are people, and the Reading is a conversation! It is an event where real people (Books) of different backgrounds, experiences, and identities go on loan to Readers for an honest and respectful conversation.

The Human Library is designed to be a welcoming, inclusive, non-partisan space. The initiative is a partnership between Howard County Library System, Howard County Office of Human Rights, and #OneHoward. There is no political agenda. All responses are strictly confidential.
