Application for Virtual School Option (for current students/new students who have successfully completed the district enrollment process)
This application is for students who 1) are currently enrolled and attending a traditional site within MPS, 2) have successfully completed all required district enrollment paperwork and want to apply for the virtual option, or 3) are current RIC students and need to reapply. This application does not guarantee your child's acceptance into the virtual option. Students that are on an RSA Plan (KG-3rd), and students that have previously received an F in an online class (6th-12th), will be required to submit current medical documentation. Your application will also be reviewed by your child's current site admin. You may fax medical documentation to 918-540-7013, or you may email it to aberry@miamips.net.
