Welcome! Canada's Largest Ribfest, now in our 24th year is a charitable fundraising event for the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore. Fondly known as simply, Ribfest, we have raised over $4 million charitable dollars, supporting local charities and community organizations! We are delighted with your interest! Did you know that last year over 142,000 people came to Canada's Largest Ribfest! With such large crowds, Ribfest also attracted a lot of media attention, from live reporting from CHCH news, to other news channels like CityTV in Toronto! We are grateful to all our media partners and our sponsors!

This inquiry form is intended for potential vendors looking to sell their goods at Canada's Largest Ribfest. We receive a high number of inquiries from potential vendors wanting to exhibit and sell their goods for a limited number of spots. In an effort to be fair to all vendors we do not guarantee spots based on participation in previous years.

Who this form is intended for definitions:

Artisan/Charity,Not for Profit Vendors
A vendor wishing to SELL PRODUCTS THAT THEY HAVE MADE THEMSELVES. Examples includes; a potter selling hand made pottery or a jeweller designing and making their own jewellery or charities conducting outreach programs without fundraising.

Local Commercial/Corporate Vendors
Is any vendor wishing to SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT HANDMADE BY THE SELLER APPLYING with outlets IN CANADA ONLY. Examples includes; a vendor selling clothing items or kitchenware.

National Marketers
Is any vendor with the intent of promoting services/goods and gathering customer data. Examples includes; Home Renovation company promoting their services and conducting customer survey.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Marketplace booths are not permitted to sell anything at their booths or to display logos for any other organization expect the one registering for the booth. Third parties application are not permitted, third parties are not permitted to share booths, only approved organization are permitted onsite. Please note that two vendors may NOT share the same tent. Vendors must send a copy of proof of insurance certificates upon being accepted as an exhibitor at Canada's Largest Ribfest. Counterfeit products or unauthorized replicas of real products of any kind are not permitted. Book space according to total footprint, you will be charged by the foot for additional space. Add an additional $300 refundable security deposit to fees.

Please be aware that Canada's Largest Ribfest is run and managed by volunteers of the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore, so we are only able to respond to those that have been selected.
