2025 PorchFest Host Form
Thanks for your interest in hosting a porch for Lancaster PorchFest 2025!

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 16th from 12–5 PM, and we’re excited to once again fill the Village with live music and good vibes. PorchFest wouldn’t be possible without generous hosts like you opening up your spaces to the community.

  • If you don’t already have a band lined up, we’ll pair you with an artist based on location and schedule.
  • Each set runs for 1 hour, and we ask that you select at least three time slots you’re available to host. Final scheduling will depend on artist availability and neighborhood flow.
  • This is a rain or shine event. Hosts must be able to provide coverage—whether that’s a tent, canopy, or other setup—and should have a plan in place in case of inclement weather.
  • Registration does not guarantee you’ll be selected as a host. To keep the event balanced across neighborhoods and avoid overcrowding in certain areas, we may need to limit the number of porches in our more densely packed zones.

Hosting is a great way to meet neighbors, support local music, and be part of something special in Lancaster.
