Thank you for your interest in having President Beasley attend your event. The President is happy to accommodate requests as her calendar allows; however, due to the large number of requests, not all invitations can be accepted. The Office of the President will notify you as soon as possible if your event can be scheduled on her calendar.
All requests must be received at least 30 days in advance of your event. Please provide the information requested in the event request form below.
