Shadowing Request Form
Thank you for your interest in shadowing a School of Neuroscience Student Ambassador. Please fill out the Request Form at least 3 weeks prior to your proposed visit to campus. Shadowing is available when classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters (see Academic Calendar). An advisor will follow up with you in 3-5 business days about your visit. 

Please note that minors are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the shadowing experience.
