- All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance that has at least $1 million commercial general liability with a $2 million aggregate limit and lists Holyoke Farmers' Market, 177 High St. Holyoke, MA 01040 as the certificate holder and as additional insured.
- All vendors will need to apply for an Open-Air Permit with the City of Holyoke ($30 annual cost, needs Holyoke license board approval)
- Due Date: All insurance certificates must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your first scheduled market as all insurance will need to be approved by HMC management prior to participation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD TRUCKS AND FARMS WITH PREPARED FOOD:
- The food truck schedule will be 3 vendors selected (two food and 1 dessert) and an alternate identified. An alternate may be called up with 24 hours notice to fill in once the schedule has been finalized for the season.
- In addition to the Open-Air Permit, food trucks and farms with prepared food must also have a proper permit in place from the Holyoke Board of Health (BOH). Please email a copy of your food permit from the Holyoke Board of Health, and a copy of your current certificate of insurance to: Schechterle_Wray_Lisa@holyokehealth.com. Food trucks will not be allowed to participate without prior approval and confirmation of receiving these documents. Please email Suzanne Beyer, to obtain your proper permit from the BOH. Food trucks must also provide a certificate of insurance including general liability and auto with Holyoke Medical Center, 575 Beech St. Holyoke, MA 01040 listed as the certificate holder.
- Weekly Food Vendor fee $25 per week, there are no refunds.
Checks can be made payable to Holyoke Farmers' Market and mailed to Greater Holyoke Chamber177 High St. Holyoke, MA 01040.
Cash will be accepted by the Market Manager at the market or Greater Holyoke Chamber.
HMC will not be collecting payments.
Payment for the market must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your first requested market date. If you would like to break your payment down into two or more payments, please contact the Market Manger and they will be happy to work with you.

- Commitment required: Arrive by 10:40 AM if scheduled - late arrival not tolerated. A combination of two No shows or Late Arrivals will forfeit all future scheduled dates.
- It is encouraged that food vendors have online advanced ordering option as most HMC employees only have half-hour lunch break.
